    Netflix CEO, Reed Hastings, did this keynote about his company’s philosophy back in 2009. He presented how they solve common problems on big companies: how they deal with the increased bureaucracy and complexity, the company’s approach towards hiring and firing (only keep the people that you’d fight for if they wanted to leave), why they have “unlimited vacations”, etc.
